CCBC WORK THIS PAST WEEK:
Program Analysis & Development
ICON met again with COA and PRD to continue the building program “wants vs needs” conversation. They completed an initial building program, highlighting needed spaces and presented them at the Community Forum on Tuesday evening (4/25). They will continue to work on a more detailed “room-by-room, day-by-day, hour-by-hour” presentation for our next public meeting.
Site Planning
ICON scheduled a meeting to review initial site plan concepts with Hartwell Campus stakeholders (the Parks and Recreation Department, Lincoln Public School Administration, LEAP and Magic Garden Preschool) this coming week. Their feedback will contribute to a site plan presentation at our public forum on Tuesday, May 23. (Details below)
Community Engagement
ICON facilitated a public forum on Tuesday Apr 25 to present the initial building program. A more detailed presentation will be made at our public meeting on Wednesday, May 17(Details below)
The CCBC Communications team provided a high-level overview of our public survey responses at our public forum on Tuesday, April 25, and provided a more detailed summary of the comments received at our public meeting on April 26.
The CCBC also confirmed dates for future public forums and meetings (see below), and will be scheduling additional time with key organizations such as the Conservation Commission, Historic District Commission, Planning Board, School Committee, etc. to gather feedback.

UPCOMING MEETINGS
Wed May 17th – Public Meeting 7:00pm in the Town Hall Donaldson Room or over Zoom to present a detailed version of our essential building program.
Tue May 23rd – Public Forum, 7:00pm in the Hartwell Multi-Purpose Room or over Zoom to present potential Hartwell Campus site plans.
Wed May 31st – Public Meeting, 7:00pm in the Town Hall Donaldson Room or over Zoom to solicit additional public feedback on both the building program as well as the various site layouts.
Tue June 13th – Public Forum, 7:00pm in the Hartwell Multi Purpose Room or over Zoom to present draft building designs, and solicit feedback, ICON will then spend the summer developing these designs further, so they’ll be ready for the next round of public review in the Fall.
