Program Analysis & Development
ICON met again with COA and PRD to continue the building program “wants vs needs” conversation.  They completed an initial building program, highlighting needed spaces and presented them at the Community Forum on Tuesday evening (4/25).  They will continue to work on a more detailed “room-by-room, day-by-day, hour-by-hour” presentation for our next public meeting.
