LINCOLN COMMUNITY CENTER Opening Late Fall 2026
The LCC building is taking shape – March 12, 2026
Exterior wall framing remains the headline activity as the building’s enclosure continues to take shape and we work toward making the structure weathertight.
Sill plates and a vapor barrier have been installed at the perimeter foundation walls, key early steps that support efficient wall installation.
In parallel, the team is advancing the “below-slab” work to keep momentum moving on multiple fronts. Crews are laying utilities, underground plumbing and electrical. These activities will continue for the next several weeks as we get closer to prepping and pouring the slab.
