The Lincoln Community Center – Construction update October 21, 2026
Building structure is complete and the building is fully enclosed (watertight). Drywall is approximately 30% complete, with painting underway in several areas, including the COA wing. Plumbing and fire protection rough-ins are complete. Electrical rough is 80% complete with remaining work focused in the LEAP areas. HVAC ductwork install is substantially complete, with final refrigeration and mechanical work continuing in LEAP areas. The transformer has been delivered and installed. The new pedestrian bridges are complete. Parking lot work continues, with underground utilities installed and backfilled and paving preparations underway.mmmmmmmm
