January 28, 2026: Winter Weather is Challenging – but Construction Continues!. 

The winter weather is challenging, but has not stopped construction progress.   Crews completed snow cleanup from this past weekend’s storm and continue excavating and backfilling for utilities across the site.   Winter weather management remains ongoing, with thawing and heating measures in place to maintain progress on utilities and concrete activities.  

Hutter, our construction contractor, is actively thawing areas as needed to support the under‑slab utility work.  Next week, crews will begin placing exterior footings and piers for the canopies. Thawing for that work begins this weekend.  Crews will also commence underground plumbing as part of the under‑slab utility scope.

Looking ahead, Hutter is still targeting a mid-to late‑February start for steel installation, a key step before framing can commence.
